Clean, serene, sublime, pure, high quality scent!
Trying to be a wise consumer, I read every single review for this product. I must admit that there was only one factor that had me on the ropes, that did not fully convince me. I didn’t feel comfortable with people describing this scent as “unisex.” It made me think that the cologne would smell flowery, even subtly feminine and I did not want that at all.I love scents that smell clean and fresh. Cologne has a powerful way of influencing the mood of the wearer. When you spray after taking a good, cool shower, you feel fresh, revitalized, even just born into this amazing world. Your feeling good raises your frequency, you are in a good mood. People catch that and your cent and mood extend these gifts to them.Anyway, because the “unisex” comments were few, and the history of this product seemed solid, I took the plunge. I am SO GLAD I DID! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I can totally understand why many reviewers stated that they wear it everyday! It is not overpowering at all. It has a very smooth, clean, pure scent. Almost like something that Nature herself could have concocted. It isn’t a scent that would ever give you a headache, or make anyone sitting next to you, uncomfortable.I even loved how it is packaged! Very unique, different than all other colognes. I love this scent so much that I now want to purchase the soap, aftershave, and even the talcum powder! I am definitely going to keep purchasing this product throughout the remainder of my life. It now makes perfect sense why it has never totally gone off the marker. A definite, TIMELESS masterpiece!One reviewer said that this was a safe blind purchase. I don’t fully agree. I can’t really imagine a teenager who is at the dance-club, strip-club phase appreciating this olfactory work of art. This is a scent for a well-refined individual who has gained much wisdom throughout the years. Who has come to know what is good and to appreciate it. Who absolutely LOVES beauty in ALL her breathtaking forms.Anyway, this is my testimony and I am sticking to it! Enjoy, my friend!

Absolutely Authentic
I originally thought this was fake. I thought I was comparing it to a sample I got directly from Aqua di Parma, but that sample turned out to be of Colonia Pura (the teeny tiny bottle was so small I could not see the “Pura” on the itsy weeny label). So they were different and since I knew the sample was authentic, this had to be a fake, not so. It is absolutely authentic and so fresh and clean. I got hold of an authentic bottle and it is exactly the same all through the base notes. So no worries there. This is a very fresh clean scent that in the mid notes turns spicey-leather and more masculine from the opening pure and glorious citrus. It then settles in the base notes to musk sandalwood, maintaining that note of masculinity. I don’t consider it unisex at all. Some people might get confused because its a little sweet, soapy, clean with some powder scent in the mid notes. But it is definitely masculine in nature. Light but certainly not feminine. I highly recommend it. It is my signature scent. It’s tried and true for over a century. Gets their attention subtly, unlike the overpowering sporty/club scents gentlemen fall for these days. That just telegraphs four miles down the road that you are trying to hide your sweat. This Aqua di Parma instead tells them you’re clean and fresh all day. It lasts about 6 hours on me. The base note lasts the longest and is the best. Don’t go anywhere for the first 15 minutes because you will smell like a lemon grove. 🙂

Acqua Di Parma Colonia – Classic and Quality since 1916
I read an online review that this was a popular cologne back in the Golden Era of Hollywood and that it was very masculine and very clean, but that women used to wear it as well. Bought a sample from Lucky Scent and loved it. Reminded me of summers with my grandparents, but not in an old-person way.It smells like lemon soap and musk, and if you’re on the fence, that’s about all you need to know. There was a time when I was concerned about the item being genuine or not but Check Fresh shows that the most recent purchase (sold and shipped by Amazon) has this as an authentic bottle from 8 months ago. That’s well within the reasonable age of this being a “new” item. To assuage your fears further, I had a bottle of this stuff last over 6 years with no noticeable change in smell.Time and time again I get compliments on this cologne which no one else seems to wear and which lasts all day. Why does this retail for $220 in stores and go for $80 on Amazon? Maybe because no one else seems to go for the old school styles anymore.

Fragrance for multi seasonal and event use.
This is my favorite men’s cologne. Especially after I discovered it was Carey Grant’s favorite too. It’s perfect for Spring. The price is exceptional and for a time I could. Only find it at DISNEY WORLD in Florida. At a pricey cost.

One of the greatest fragrances of all time. Often imitated, but never beaten, Acqua di Parma is a classic, yet smells modern and fresh. Worn by the likes of Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn, it somehow still smells like it was created today! Love ADP, one of my must have fragrances!

Truly, one of the best I’ve found!
I absolutely love this scent! It’s refreshing and not overpowering. I would definitely say that it is unisex, but may lean toward the masculine side. Clean and unassuming and wears well through the day. I can’t stand any fragrance that can be smelled six feet ahead of you! This is my go-to for that reason.

Subtle, Fresh, & Clean.
I’ve used Aqua di Parma for more than 20 years. It’s’ clean subtle fragrance is never heavy or overpowering. It used to be difficult for me to find except at airport duty-free shops, but buying online has ended that inconvenience. Hey, if Cary Grant & Audrey Hepburn used it, it can’t be all bad!

Timeless classic!
So I’ve been wanting to try this cologne for quite awhile and finally decided to treat myself to a bottle after deciding to expand my fragrance collection. I figured this was a relatively safe “blind buy” since it has been around over 100 years and is considered a classic. I have to admit that I really love this fragrance. First, it has a wonderfully bright and soapy scent coupled with notes of lemon and lavender. Definitely could be worn by either a man or woman. Secondly, it is from Acqua Di Parma, one of the oldest niche fragrance houses so I was able to try a niche frag at a comparatively affordable price point. Finally, it truly is a classic scent that has been worn for generations and still going strong. Wear this and you will feel like you are walking along the beach on a crisp summer day!

One of the world’s perfect scents, but beware expired bottles.
Acqua di Parma is tasteful, subtle, classic, and genderless. It reminds one of a villa garden on the Mediterranean, and dries down to the scent of skin freshly cleansed with Italian soap. I’ve worn it for 20 years.Persons who want a bold scent that fills an elevator and gets noticed by strangers should choose something else. Perhaps the designer aisle at a discount store will have something they’ll like.* However, this seller sent me a bottle that is 8 years old. I wondered how they could sell it for >50% off the usual price, and why they would do so. It is authentic, but I discovered this bottle (Batch 2498X) is from 2012! Acqua di Parma and its parent company LVMH certainly don’t endorse selling or using a bottle this old.

much more intense fragrance than the original, quite long-lasting probably because it is Uni-sex
I discovered this fragrance more than 25 years ago when it was written up in either the NYT, WSJ, or the FT. This cologne was originally used by men in the `20s and was designed for men to put on a handkerchief which then was inserted in the front pocket of either a sport coat or a suit. This custom went out of style and the fragrance went with it. Some time in the late `80s or early `90s, someone decided to resuscitate the cologne, bought the rights to the name, and maybe even “Fragrantiere” where it was manaufactured. I thought I`d try it but it was much more expensive then than it is now probably due to an initial low “run”

HORRIBLE!!!!
Somehow this cologne was on a list I searched on google for best men’s cologne and i can’t figure out how because it smells freaking awful! Like not even tolerable even a little bit! AND!!…when I went to return it I was informed that it was an item that could not be sent back to Amazon because it was considered a Flammable material!! So now I’m stuck with this hideous smelling cologne and I’m out $70!! I can’t even in good conscience post on marketplace or Poshmark or something because it smells so retched!

Classic Scent
I had read about Acqua Di Parma online, and I started investigating it a bit.There aren’t too many places around that carry it, so when I found it online,I wasexcited to order it and try it out.From the descriptions of it, I wasn’t too sure what to expect, ‘notes of citrus’ etc.What I found when I actually tried the cologne was something very unexpected. It’s a veryclean scent, almost soap-like and I couldn’t stop myself from smelling it and trying to figure out thedifferent scent layers.What I discovered was that the longer I spent with the cologne, the more I liked itand frankly, now I use it as the gold standard when trying other scents. For years I’ve lookedfor a signature scent, something that would just be me and I think I’ve found it.Light, fresh and clean.

EXCELLENT light fragrance which last ALL DAY.Remember, everyone’s body chemistry is unique, so this fragrance will smell differently on me than it does on you. I jumped at the value, since the first bottle I owned cost me $350.00+That said, I should have known better. This fragrance is good, but it doesn’t at all resemble the Aqua Di Parma I know. See for yourself. Next time you’re in a better department store, ask for a sample.

This is the original Acqua di Parma unisex cologne from Milan, Italy, said to have been worn by Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn. Some knock-offs have appeared in the online market, but this is the authentic product.

Great fruity scent but it doesn’t last long
The scent is really excellent. A fruity scent that really smells like a lot of other stuff out there to be honest. It doesn’t last long at all though. I even spray on a LOT of it and by late morning it’s hardly noticeable at all. I’m not sure this is worth the price you pay unless you only care about smelling it for a couple of hours. Otherwise you better carry the bottle with you wherever you go.

Acqua Di Parma Refreshing Cologne!
Light citrus scent is very refreshing especially where I live in the tropics. The cologne is long-lasting and very appealing and pleasant. Thankfully not too sweet or fruity with just the right hand of spice. They have other versions that are more concentrated but this is perfect. I am starting to try some of their other products including the shampoo and body lotion which are very high quality.

Smells Horrible
If you want to smell like a grandma , step right up and buy this. This stuff smells lemony right off the bat , which isn’t that bad. It dries down to a stomach wrenching stale grandma perfume. I tried to give it a chance throughout the day, but couldn’t do it. Right into the trash.I’ll stick with my Creed ( which wife loves)Bummer you can’t return it !
